At Mia Dolce, you can expect high quality quilts, blankets, and accessories to complement your modern style. We thrive on customer satisfaction and know you will love and appreciate having hand-crafted pieces that are as original as your sweet loved one.
Payment
Mia Dolce accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Texas residents: a 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order.
Shipping
Smaller items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, dependent on package weight. Large shipments are shipped via UPS. Existing inventory ships within 1-3 days of purchase. Custom orders ship within 2-6 weeks. If requested, we can ship directly to a gift recipient, and are happy to include a gift message for you.
Mia Dolce also ships internationally, but please contact us regarding shipping charges. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties associated with shipping to their respective country. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Custom Orders
Mia Dolce is happy to accommodate custom orders - please contact us to discuss! A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before starting custom work. Once your order has been completed, you will be sent photographs of it via email. Upon approval of the design, final payment is due and your order will be shipped to you. Depending on the size/complexity of the order and availability of materials, please allow 2-6 weeks for shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges
We stand behind our product and want you to love your Mia Dolce items! However, if you are not happy with your purchase, refunds on non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in new and unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds (minus all shipping charges) will be issued once returned item is received.
Custom and personalized orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your custom item, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Colors
We aim to provide detailed pictures and product descriptions so you are confident before purchasing. While care is taken to represent colors accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors in the actual fabric. Upon request, we will send up to 5 small fabric swatches free of charge.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected online via our website (including but not limited to: name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card information) will be used to complete your order. We do not share information with outside parties.
